At the end of the line, the decisions and actions are theirs to make, implement and take responsibility for. Meeting 1 for 45 minutes (no obligation)

At the first meeting the International Consultants to Business senior consultant will offer to sign a Confidentiality Agreement with the owners and/or senior executives of the business.

The International Consultants to Business senior consultant will facilitate discussions with the owners/senior executives of the business by working through the Free Business Review Checklist to identify what needs to be improved or established within their business.

During the first meeting the senior consultant will also work with the owners/senior executives of the business to prioritise the order that the identified items would be addressed. The senior consultant will then work through why each of the identified items have been selected.

Our senior consultants will also discuss with the owners/senior executives of the business what is considered as a realistic time line for them to have the identified business needs addressed, and completed.

Afterwards the Free Business Review Checklist will be discussed and evaluated internally at International Consultants to Business with the relevant principal/s of the Affiliate Business who are specialists in the specific business area that needs to be addressed (as per list).

Meeting 2 for 45 minutes (no obligation)

The principal of the International Consultants to Business Affiliate Business then arranges to meet with the owners/senior executives of the business to discuss their identified business problem/s. After more detailed discussions, a strong background brief is obtained in preparation for the development of solutions and implementation plan.

Meeting 3 (no obligation)

The principal of the International Consultants to Business Affiliate Business will return and meet with the owners/senior executives of the business to present the recommendations, the proposed time schedules and estimated pricing. It is intended that the principal and owners/senior executives of the business will discuss and work through the proposal of action and negotiate to proceed with solving their identified business need.
